We’re Aaron Tebo and Declan Ferris—D1 lacrosse teammates turned Jiu-Jitsu addicts. We attack everything with discipline. With business backgrounds and a love for the mats, we help gym owners sharpen offers, run clean sales, and grow.

What We Do

    Most jiu jitsu gyms don’t have a consistent way to get people in the door.
    We fix that by creating daily conversations and turning them into booked trials.

    • outbound through DMs, email, text, and calls

    • follow-up

    • booking trials

    • getting people to show up

    We do all of that upfront at no cost.
